He was born in Ankara. After graduating from Ankara Gazi Anatolian High School, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2004 and received the title of Medical Doctor. Between 2004-2009, he completed his specialization training at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. After completing his public service obligation, he specialized in Gynecological Oncology Surgery at Ankara Zekai Tahir Burak Hospital between 2011-2014. During this period, he received training on laparoscopic and robotic surgery in gynecological cancers at the University of Michigan, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Gynecological Oncology).

 

In 2014, he received the title of University Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his public service obligation as a Gynecological Oncology Surgery specialist at Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2015-2016.

 

In 2016, he started to work at Liv Hospital Ulus Hospital, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Between 2016-2019, he worked at Liv Hospital Ulus Hospital Gynecology and Obstetrics Department and Istinye University Gynecology and Obstetrics Department. Since 2019, he has started to serve his patients in his private practice.

 

Among his special interests are; endoscopic gynecology and gynecological oncology operations (laparoscopy and robotic surgery), precancerous conditions of the cervix and cervical cancer screenings, colposcopy (detailed examination of the cervix).

 

There are many national and international articles, book chapters and presentations published in his field.

 

He is married and has two children.
